These Terms of Use (collectively, the “Term”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“you” or “user”) and ChatNMeet (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the ChatNMeet app, related services, features, and tools. By using the app, you indicate that you have read, understood, and accepted the Term.
ChatNMeet has a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive users. By using the app, you agree not to post content that is offensive, insensitive, upsetting, intended to disgust, or in exceptionally poor taste.
To ensure a safe environment, we strictly enforce the following:
24-Hour Moderation: All reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior will be reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
Immediate Action: Content that violates these terms will be removed, and the user who provided the offending content will be ejected (banned) from the platform immediately.
User Tools: Users must use the 'Block' and 'Report' features found on every user profile and chat screen to signal inappropriate activity.
The App is intended strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to use the App.
Your privacy is very important to us. Access to and use of the app are subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you are deemed to have accepted the Privacy Policy and acknowledge the ways we process your information.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and source code, are owned by ChatNMeet. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to use the App in any manner that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, or hateful. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.
Users may post content including profile images and chat messages. You are solely responsible for all content you post. We reserve the right to monitor and remove any content that violates these Terms. Violation will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and terms are detailed on the App’s listing page and within the App. Subscriptions typically auto-renew unless canceled in your app store account settings. You are responsible for managing your subscriptions.
The app may link you to third-party sites. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content or services provided by third parties. You acknowledge sole responsibility for all risk arising from your use of any third-party resources.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CHATNMEET BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE APP. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFIT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at info@dudify.app or through account management features within the App.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ChatNMeet, its affiliates, and its officers from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
